A good newsletter not only keeps staff, customers and stakeholders up to date with developments, it also provides a medium for the dissemination of important company messages. The key is to keep things consistent, credible and concise.
Convergence researches articles, conducts interviews, writes, edits and manages the production and printing of newsletters for a range of clients that have included Transit New Zealand, Hynds, South Canterbury Finance, Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology, Dynamic Controls, Skellerup Industries, Lyttelton Port of Christchurch, South Island Agricultural Field Days, Central Plains Water and Goldair.
Annual report writing is another key area of expertise. Convergence has written five reports for the Canterbury DHB – a large, annual project that requires an exhaustive review of all relevant publications and health sector strategies, as well as interviewing key managers across the organisation and throughout Canterbury’s public health sector. We have also produced a range of full and half-year annual reports for other Convergence clients including Queenstown Airport, Richmond New Zealand, YHA New Zealand, ASURE, Orion New Zealand, Christchurch PHO, Rural Canterbury PHO and Lyttelton Port of Christchurch.
